This was just a piece of my day today. And you know what? For a lot of this week I've felt like I've been flying on one little wing. But as I lay my head on my pillow each night, I can't help but feel grateful for the life I have filled with the thousand smiles I see each day. So it's alright, man.

I love Jimi a local kid who made good then got lost. I miss him. I am so grateful into these glimpses of your world and also grateful to hear that you too sometimes fly with one little wing because it's hard not to think of you as sort of perfect a completely together kind of person. Even though you probably are. You should see the horrible crap I painted onto my left hand fingernails this morning. I can hear you in my head cocking your eyebrow at me then laughing with me about it.

What a lot of fun your boys are having. My grandsons are so going to get some bubble wrap. Funny, I have said often and loudly "do not bubble wrap your kids." Praying for your wing. Hope it's better soon.
