Memories in the making.

So here's what I've been doing instead of blogging for the past few days. . .

. . . .good times in the making. . .

. . . including a chance to hug the neck of one of my college besties, Tanya! Love you, girl!

If they look excited, it's only because they are. . . .

. . . first the Monorail, next a ferryboat. Why not?

. . . and of course a little bit of horsing around while we ride over. . .

. . .calm down? Okay, Dad. Yes, sir.

Finally here! Yay! Yay! Yay!

(But Zachary would like to know where the nearest restroom can be found. . .  )

Up, up and away. . . .

Who's afraid of Space Mountain? Not this guy.

Zachary chose the race cars instead. A roller coaster in the dark? No, thank you.

The BHE describes the weather here as "hot as fish grease."  (That's hot, y'all.)

Fortunately, not all chocolate melts in the heat.

Fact:  DisneyLand and DisneyWorld are NOT created equal. Not even. So even though I was raised on west coast DisneyLand, I am a sho' nuff first-timer here. This place is. . . bananas. Bananas!

View from our room. Sorry the giraffes were hiding but the rainbow stayed put just for you.

This guy was the one who brought that rainbow to our attention. (Despite his post swimming pool and theme park stupor.)

Having a wonderful time. Wish you were here.

Love,

Team Manning

  2. As Lily said when I took her and Jessie to Disney World about a million years ago: "Mama. Disney World really IS magic."
